Returns

At ShopBoosted, all products sold through our website are digital products that provide entries into promotional sweepstakes. Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If you experience a technical issue with your order or believe you received the incorrect digital product or entry package, please contact us at admin@boostedwheelandtire.com. We’ll review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Order Issues

Please inspect your order confirmation upon receipt. If you believe your order was processed incorrectly, you did not receive your digital entries, or you experience any technical issues, contact us immediately at admin@boostedwheelandtire.com.

When contacting us, please include:

Your order number
The email address used for your purchase
A description of the issue
Any relevant screenshots or supporting information

If an error has occurred on our end, we’ll make every reasonable effort to correct it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Because all products sold are digital and promotional in nature, the following are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds:

Sweepstakes entry packs
Digital promotional products
Bonus entries
Promotional or discounted purchases
Gift cards (if offered)
Any digital product that has already been delivered

All purchases are considered final once your order has been processed.

Exchanges

Because our products consist of digital sweepstakes entries that are issued immediately upon purchase, we do not offer exchanges.

If you believe you accidentally purchased the wrong entry package, please contact us immediately at admin@boostedwheelandtire.com. While exchanges generally cannot be accommodated once entries have been issued, we’ll review requests on a case-by-case basis.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are located in the European Union, you may have certain rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

However, by purchasing a digital product that is delivered immediately, you expressly request immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that, where permitted by applicable law, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the digital content has been delivered.

Refunds

Due to the instant delivery of digital sweepstakes entries, refunds are generally not available.

Refunds may be considered only under limited circumstances, including:

You were charged multiple times for the same purchase.
A verified technical issue prevented delivery of your digital purchase and we are unable to resolve the issue.
We determine, at our sole discretion, that a refund is appropriate.

Please note that once sweepstakes entries have been issued, they generally cannot be revoked or refunded.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
