NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this giveaway.

1. Sponsor and Administrator

The "Boost #2" giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored and administered by ShopBoosted, 1210 N Birch Street, Jenks, OK 74037.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time ("CT") on September 14, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on September 27, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). The Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to permanent legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, members, managers, and agents of the Sponsor and Administrator, and of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Entities"), and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members (whether related or not) of each such person, are not eligible to participate or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, all other U.S. territories, and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How to Enter

There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.

(a) Online Purchase Entry. During the Sweepstakes Period, make a qualifying purchase at crackerfn.com. You will receive one (1) entry for each one U.S. dollar ($1.00) spent on qualifying merchandise, calculated on the pre-tax purchase amount and excluding shipping, handling, taxes, fees, and the value of any discounts, credits, or gift cards applied. During announced bonus periods, a multiplier (for example, up to 250X entries per dollar) may apply; the applicable multiplier, and the dates and times during which it is in effect, will be announced by the Sponsor on crackerfn.com and/or the Sponsor's social media channels. Bonus multipliers apply only to qualifying purchases made, and to mail-in entries whose Confirmation Code is obtained (see Section 4(b)), during the announced bonus period.

(b) Free Mail-In Entry (Alternate Method of Entry / "AMOE") — Confirmation Code Required. To enter for free, you must complete both steps below: first obtain a unique confirmation code from the Sweepstakes website, then mail in a matching entry card.

Step 1 — Obtain a Confirmation Code. During the Sweepstakes Period, visit crackerfn.com/pages/amoe and complete the free online entry form to receive one (1) unique confirmation code (the "Confirmation Code"). No purchase or payment is necessary to obtain a Confirmation Code.

Step 2 — Mail Your Entry Card. Hand-print your full name, complete mailing address (no P.O. boxes), city, state, ZIP code, telephone number, email address, date of birth, your Confirmation Code, and the promotion name "Boost #2" on a plain 3" x 5" card, and mail it in a hand-addressed #10 envelope with sufficient first-class postage to:

Each valid mail-in entry that includes a legible, matching, and previously unused Confirmation Code will receive twenty-five (25) entries, multiplied by the bonus multiplier (if any) in effect at the time the Confirmation Code was obtained. A Confirmation Code is valid for one (1) mail-in entry only; mail-in entries that omit a Confirmation Code, or that include an illegible, duplicate, expired, or non-matching Confirmation Code, are void. Mail-in entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. CT on September 27, 2026 to be included in the drawing; because the Sweepstakes Period is short, entrants are strongly encouraged to mail immediately after obtaining a Confirmation Code, as the Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for mail delivery times. Each envelope must be mailed separately and must contain only one (1) entry card; bulk shipments, mechanically reproduced entries, and multiple entry cards in a single envelope will not be accepted. Illegible, incomplete, or inaccurate entries are void. Mail-in entrants are responsible for their own postage; entries that are lost, late, misdirected, postage-due, damaged, or otherwise not received are not the responsibility of the Sweepstakes Entities and will not be eligible. All entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address or, for mail-in entries, the natural person named on the entry card. Use of any automated system, script, bot, or other means to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification. It is fraudulent to purchase items for the purpose of obtaining entries with the intent to return, cancel, charge back, or otherwise reverse those purchases after the Sweepstakes ends. Any entrant who does so, or who initiates a chargeback or payment dispute on a qualifying purchase, forfeits all associated entries and may be disqualified. The Sponsor will never ask an entrant or winner for payment, a credit card number, or any fee as a condition of entering the Sweepstakes or claiming a prize.

5. Prize and Approximate Retail Value

Grand Prize (1): Winner's choice of one (1) wheel-and-tire package, consisting of either:

• a set of single (non-dually) wheels and tires ranging in size from 20" x 10" up to 26" x 16"; or
• a set of dually wheels and tires ranging in size from 20" to 26".

The specific brand, style, finish, offset, bolt pattern, and fitment will be confirmed with the Winner and are subject to availability and compatibility with the Winner's vehicle, as determined by the Sponsor. The Grand Prize includes standard ground shipping to a single valid street address within the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, and freight-forwarding addresses is not included and not available.

The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $5,000.00 USD. The ARV represents the Sponsor's good-faith estimate of the maximum retail value of the Grand Prize package including shipping. The actual value may vary based on the wheel/tire configuration selected and market conditions at the time of fulfillment; no cash or other substitution will be made for any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value, and any difference will not be awarded.

Total ARV of all prizes in the Sweepstakes: $5,000.00 USD.

The Grand Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by the Sweepstakes Entities (except as required by an applicable manufacturer's warranty, if any). The Winner is solely responsible for all costs and expenses not expressly stated as being included, including but not limited to mounting, balancing, installation, tire pressure monitoring sensors, any hardware or adapters, and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. The Grand Prize cannot be transferred or assigned prior to award. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or prize component) of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted by the Administrator on or about September 28, 2026, and the winner will be announced on or about that date on crackerfn.com and/or the Sponsor's social media channels. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified using the contact information associated with the entry, by telephone, email, and/or mail, within a reasonable time after the drawing. The potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where legally permissible) a Publicity Release, to present a valid government-issued photo identification confirming identity and eligibility, and to provide a valid Social Security number or taxpayer identification number for tax-reporting purposes, within seven (7) days of the date notification is sent. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time, fails to respond or return required documents within the stated period, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, or is otherwise disqualified, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected in a subsequent random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries, time permitting.

7. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of the Grand Prize not expressly described as included are the sole responsibility of the Winner. The Winner acknowledges that the prize is taxable as income and agrees to report it accordingly. Where the value of the prize requires it, the Sponsor or Administrator will issue the Winner an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the ARV of the prize, and the Winner is responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the Winner's consent for the Sweepstakes Entities to print, publish, broadcast, and otherwise use worldwide, in all media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval, the Winner's name, city and state of residence, photograph, likeness, voice, statements, and biographical information for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in connection with the Sweepstakes.

9. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities and their respective officers, directors, employees, members, managers, agents, and representatives (the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, liabilities, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind, including personal injury, death, and property damage, arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.

The Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in the Sweepstakes; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines, internet connectivity, or network hardware or software; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (iv) technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (v) any entries that are late, lost, misdirected, garbled, incomplete, or otherwise not received.

IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THE ACCEPTANCE, USE, OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE.

10. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, if for any reason fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, and in such event to select the winner from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the action taken. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that term. If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, all other provisions will remain in full force and effect.

11. Disputes and Governing Law

Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and each entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules. The entrant consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma for any dispute arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes.

12. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at crackerfn.com. By entering, entrants agree to the collection and use of their personal information as described in that policy and these Official Rules.

13. Winner's List and Official Rules Requests

For the name of the Grand Prize winner, or for a copy of these Official Rules, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to be received by October 28, 2026 to: ShopBoosted – Boost #2 – Winner's List / Official Rules Request, 1210 N Birch Street, Jenks, OK 74037. Please specify whether you are requesting the winner's list or the Official Rules. Residents of Vermont may omit return postage.

14. Not Sponsored or Endorsed by Third Parties

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform (including but not limited to Meta/Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or X) or any wheel or tire manufacturer. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Sponsor and not to any such third party.
